Sunday Ride Through The Countryside

Nothing really new to report for today. Being Sunday, everything is closed so we stayed home most of the day and relaxed and prepared for our move tomorrow. We did take about a hour drive through the countryside and saw several Amish homes where church services was being held. I have posted some new pictures that I took today. Go take a look.

Till later this week, stay safe! See ya down the road.

Oh gosh...I'm so dense sometimes. I saw your comment on our blog and chuckled because I had already told Jack you would be surprised to see us rolling along in your current location. I hadn't realized just how close we were until we took US 250 across that part of Ohio. I saw one sign and then another for places you had visited and mentioned on your blog.

Even if I had realized we were blasting through so quickly that I don't think we could have met with you anywhere. We really wanted to be sure that we got close to the park in Maryland because I'm a nervous nelly when it comes to traveling on the beltway.

I just loved that part of Ohio and we may try to return to spend a little time there.

We are now in Frederick, MD at an Elks lodge and will spend two weeks in D.C. area. We are attending the Tea Party at Capitol Mall on the 12th. I'm hoping for millions of like minded souls. (On the 8th we have the ceremony to place Jack's Dad to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.)

Happy Trails!
