One Step Forward

There was one thing that I failed to mention in my last post. We did manage a few hours here and there to start looking for a vehicle to have to run around in so we wouldn't have to use the F350. We had an idea of what we wanted - a Jeep Liberty, because, in the event that we do get a motorhome, it can be towed four down. After looking at some used ones and some 08's we took one Saturday to finally sit down with a dealer and came up with a new '07 Jeep Liberty that had a good Jeep rebate plus lower priced than the 08's. It also has a lifetime warranty on the drivetrain. Soooo, we plunged in and are now the proud owners of a new baby - Jeep that is!

I'm posting a couple of pictures here - not the best as there were shadows, but you can get an idea of what it looks like - cute like me - huh? LOL!

Maybe when we go to Florida in January, we will find something to tow it with???

As some would say - one step closer to the "dark side".

Beautiful!! Yep! One step closer :-) We are still looking to trade for a MH and jeep eventually, but are going to have to lay low for another year. Enjoy that little rig.

Love your new Jeep! Hmmmm, dark side? We love our moho. We just wish we could go to Florida. I'm envious. Just had to cancel the reservations we've had for 2 years, boo hoo. I'm glad to hear things are moving forward for you two. You deserve it.

Welcome to the first step to the "dark side". now that you got a chase car, get a mh so you have a "toad". I am in Mercedes, TX by my lonesome as Shirley is working in Fort Worth. If you come this way, stop and say hi.
